Store Associate

Role Overview

We seek Store Associates or Executives tasked with providing customer assistance, managing the shop floor, and ensuring smooth daily store operations at our Noida location.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and support customers on the sales floor.
• Assist shoppers in locating products and respond to their inquiries.
• Create a welcoming and helpful environment for customers.
• Manage product displays, shelf stocking, and pricing accuracy.
• Handle billing processes and stock replenishment activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store premises.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Approachable and customer-centric demeanor.
• Availability to work as per store hours, including weekends.
