Job Responsibilities

• Keep storage units, hallways, restrooms, and elevators clean by sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping.
• Manage trash disposal responsibly.
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and reorder supplies when necessary.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support facility upkeep.

• Strong organizational abilities.
• A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn new tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Work includes moderate hazards requiring safety precautions such as protective gear (masks, goggles, gloves, shields) due to exposure to machinery or chemicals.
• Physical demands involve long duration stationary positions, outdoor movements, reaching objects at various heights, and handling equipment requiring lifting at least 50 pounds, either alone or with assistance.
