Primary Responsibilities
- Utilize skills and tools in maintenance areas such as carpentry, metal framing, painting, masonry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping.
- Respond promptly and effectively to facility maintenance needs.
- Work collaboratively on projects or independently when required.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to safely operate motor vehicles in compliance with local driving laws.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This role requires adherence to safety protocols when working near moving machinery and building maintenance equipment. The use of protective gear like masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be necessary. Physically, the job demands the ability to spend extended periods both indoors and outdoors, moving about spaces, using tools, and occasionally lifting or moving weights of 50 pounds or more, either with assistance or alone.
