Stocking Team Associate

Position Overview

The Stocking Team Associate role involves delivering excellent customer service by efficiently performing stocking duties. This includes organizing and accurately placing merchandise and replenishing stock to ensure a safe and tidy store environment. The associate collaborates with team members to plan and prioritize work in alignment with store operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and assist them by highlighting products and services, guiding merchandise location, supporting purchase choices, and addressing concerns or escalating as necessary.
• Evaluate the stock workload in designated store sections to plan tasks effectively.
• Precisely sign for merchandise arrivals.
• Maintain the correct product placement and shelf organization to avoid capacity problems.
• Manage merchandise and bins using Customer Availability Processes such as CAP and VizPicking.
• Utilize appropriate fixtures, supplies, and tools to finish assigned duties efficiently.
• Contribute to workplace safety and cleanliness by following company policies, performing safety sweeps, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the stockroom in advance for incoming deliveries.

Compensation

The position offers a starting wage of $16.05 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
