Job description
Position Overview
This role involves providing excellent customer service by efficiently completing assigned stocking duties in a safe, organized environment. The associate will collaborate with team members to plan and execute workload based on store needs and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers politely and offer assistance by promoting products, locating items, and addressing inquiries or concerns appropriately.
- Manage and review stocking workload for designated store sections.
- Accurately sign for merchandise receipts and ensure correct inventory handling.
- Maintain shelf integrity and closely monitor shelf capacity to avoid errors.
- Process merchandise and handle CAP/VizPicking bins to support customer availability efforts.
- Use appropriate fixtures, supplies, and tools to complete stocking activities safely and efficiently.
- Promote a hazard-free, clean workspace by adhering to company safety policies, including performing safety sweep logs and securing displays and fixtures.
- Prepare the backroom area to facilitate smooth stock unloading operations.
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position starts at $17.75.
Basic Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
