Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role focuses on providing excellent customer service by handling tasks related to receiving merchandise and managing its movement through to the sales floor. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, pulling pallets for floor stocking, and assisting in merchandise processing, all within a safe and clean workspace. The Associate works collaboratively within a team to plan and execute duties efficiently based on operational workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening hours.
• Set up, merchandise, and properly sign features throughout the store.
• Conduct live unloading of various merchandise types during overnight shifts.
• Emphasize labeling and organizing merchandise within backroom bins and storage areas, distinguishing this role from day/evening fulfillment positions.
• Transport pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing activities.
• Assist with stocking the floor as assigned and provide customer service when needed.
• Label sales floor locations to ensure readiness for store opening.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $15.50 per hour.

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
