Stocking Team Associate

Position Overview

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service through the efficient completion of stocking duties. The Associate will be responsible for accurately stocking new merchandise and replenishments in a safe and tidy work area. They will collaborate within a team to strategically prioritize tasks based on workload and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and warmly while providing excellent service.
• Assist customers by promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, guiding purchase decisions, and addressing concerns or referring issues accordingly.
• Evaluate workload and plan work for designated store sections.
• Ensure proper signing of merchandise and maintain modular layout and shelf organization to avoid errors.
• Handle merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support customer availability efforts.
• Use appropriate fixtures, tools, and supplies to complete assigned tasks correctly.
• Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety sweeps, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the backroom area for stock unloading processes.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position is $16.15 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
