Stocking 1 Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves supporting customer service through the completion of assigned stocking duties. The associate will work as part of a team to efficiently plan and carry out tasks based on operational demands while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by courteously greeting shoppers, assisting in product promotion, locating merchandise, helping with purchase choices, addressing customer concerns, and escalating issues as needed.
• Assess the workload in designated store areas to prioritize tasks.
• Precisely sign for delivered merchandise.
• Maintain the integrity of product displays and correct shelf capacity errors.
• Handle merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support product availability processes.
• Utilize appropriate fixtures, tools, and supplies to perform job functions effectively.
• Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies and procedures, including completing safety sweep logs and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the backroom for efficient stock unloading.

Additional Information

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
