Position Overview

Joining Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate presents an excellent opportunity to enhance your retail and customer service abilities. This role revolves around delivering top-notch customer service while effectively handling and stocking fashion merchandise, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring a safe, tidy working environment. You'll collaborate with your team to execute daily tasks and manage seasonal displays efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and providing exemplary assistance by promoting products and services, locating items, supporting purchase decisions, resolving concerns, and directing issues when necessary.
• Maintaining a hazard-free, clean workspace by adhering to company safety policies, completing safety inspections, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Processing and restocking all fashion-related merchandise accurately and promptly.
• Keeping the sales floor neat and organized for customers’ convenience.
• Merchandising non-modular fashion products appropriately and ensuring the use of correct fixtures and supplies.
• Applying and maintaining relevant signage in alignment with merchandising guidelines.
• Timely replenishment and presentation of seasonal merchandise.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $16.05 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
