Stocking 1 Team Associate

Position Summary

The role involves delivering excellent customer service through completion of assigned stocking tasks. You'll be responsible for accurate stocking of picks and new merchandise while maintaining a safe and clean work setting. Collaboration and strategic planning with the team are essential to effectively manage workload and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers politely, assisting them with product information, locating items, facilitating purchase choices, resolving issues, and referring concerns as necessary.
• Monitor and review tasks within your designated store area to ensure timely completion.
• Accurately sign for merchandise deliveries.
• Maintain shelf and modular organization, ensuring correct shelf capacity and avoiding errors.
• Handle merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process efficiently.
• Utilize correct fixtures, supplies, and tools to complete stocking tasks properly.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, performing safety sweeps, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the backroom area to facilitate smooth stock unloading procedures.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $17.75 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
