Stocking 1 Team Associate

Overview

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through completing designated stocking duties within the store. The Associate will be responsible for precisely restocking items and new inventory in a safe, organized environment. Duties will be executed collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing workload based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer interactions by greeting visitors warmly, assisting with product information and location, supporting purchase decisions, resolving inquiries, and escalating concerns appropriately.
• Assess workload demands within assigned store sections to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Accurately label and sign merchandise for stock.
• Maintain shelf modular design and correct shelf stocking errors.
• Manage merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins aligned with the Customer Availability Process.
• Utilize appropriate fixtures, tools, and supplies to facilitate task completion efficiently.
• Contribute to a hazard-free, clean workplace by following company safety guidelines, completing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Organize and ready the backroom area to support the unloading of stock inventory.

Work Schedule

The position requires morning shifts with availability from 7 AM to 4 PM.

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is at least $16.05 per hour.
