Stocking 1 Team Associate

Position Overview

This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service through executing assigned stocking responsibilities efficiently. The associate ensures new and replenished merchandise is stocked correctly within a safe, clean setting, collaborating as part of a team to plan and carry out tasks aligned with workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by courteously greeting customers, assisting through product promotion, merchandise location, purchase guidance, and problem resolution while referring complex issues appropriately.
• Review daily workload for assigned store sections to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Accurately label and sign merchandise to maintain pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain shelf organization, modular integrity, and correct shelf capacity to ensure optimal product presentation.
• Handle merchandise and manage CAP/VizPicking bins supporting the Customer Availability Process for smooth inventory flow.
• Utilize proper fixtures, tools, and supplies needed to perform stocking functions efficiently.
• Promote workplace safety by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures to preserve a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Prepare the backroom ahead of stock unloading activities to ensure efficiency.

Additional Information

The starting wage for this position is $16.15 per hour.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
