Stocking 1 Team Associate

Overview

This role involves delivering customer service through completing assigned stocking tasks, ensuring merchandise is accurately stocked in a safe and organized environment. The associate will collaborate with the team to plan and perform duties efficiently according to workload and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and assist them in product promotion, locating items, making purchasing decisions, and addressing concerns or directing them appropriately.
• Evaluate workload for designated store sections to prioritize stocking efforts.
• Sign merchandise accurately as part of inventory control.
• Maintain shelf organization and correct modular and shelf capacity issues.
• Manage merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to aid the Customer Availability Process.
• Use appropriate tools, fixtures, and supplies to fulfill tasks.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety inspections, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare the stockroom for unloading new inventory.

Compensation

The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $16.05.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
