Position Overview
This entry-level position involves restocking grocery items and ensuring shelves remain well-organized and presentable for customers.
Work Environment
This role requires working on-site, typically within a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, or production area. It involves regular direct interactions with customers, coworkers, supervisors, delivery personnel, and other team members.
Typical Responsibilities
- Replenish and rotate merchandise on shelves
- Confirm accuracy of shelf labels and correct product placement
- Keep backstock areas orderly and accessible
- Offer basic in-person assistance to customers as needed
Candidate Profile
An ideal candidate is reliable, physically able to remain on their feet for extended periods, communicates effectively, pays close attention to detail and safety standards, and is eager to learn company protocols. Previous experience is beneficial but not mandatory as on-the-job training is provided.
