• Organize packing efficiently to maximize space without compromising safety or product quality.
• Balance completing order fulfillment tasks with interacting positively with customers and assisting team operations.
• Maintain safety and food hygiene standards, clean spills promptly, perform equipment safety checks, and contribute ideas to improve operational processes.
• Be flexible and available for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business needs.

Challenges You May Face

• Managing a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, including overnight shifts, while maintaining energy and focus.
• Handling physical demands such as standing for long durations, bending, and lifting inventory or equipment up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $18.40 per hour.
