• Maintain product quality by selecting fresh items and removing any damaged or inappropriate merchandise.
• Efficiently organize packing totes to maximize space while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Balance task completion with helpful customer engagement, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues when needed.
• Uphold safety, food hygiene standards, and store cleanliness by promptly managing spills and ensuring clean packing materials.
• Operate equipment safely, perform routine safety inspections, and contribute ideas to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
• Be adaptable by working varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.

Challenges

• Manage high-volume tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during overnight hours, ensuring focus and energy are maintained.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this role is $17.75 per hour.
