Stewards/Dishwashers

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Stewards/Dishwashers to join our team at Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Jacksonville, FL. This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and safety in our kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishware is impeccably cleaned by hand and through the proper operation of dishwashing machinery, including polishing stainless steel and silver items.
• Maintain kitchen safety by promptly addressing spills and thoroughly cleaning all kitchen equipment, oven vents, floors, walls, and cooking surfaces.
• Regularly empty, wash, and replace trash bins that are over three-quarters full, and keep the wash area orderly.
• Assist with special and deep cleaning tasks as needed to uphold sanitation standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory.
