Job description
Role Overview
Stewards/Dishwashers play a crucial role in maintaining hygiene standards by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils both manually and with machines. They also ensure the dishwashing environment remains clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dishwashing machine
- Wash and sanitize all cookware, utensils, and dishes
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of the dishwashing machine
- Unload and organize dishes and utensils after washing
- Regularly empty trash containers
