Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain punctuality and adhere strictly to FIVE’s grooming and appearance standards.
• Ensure spotless cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen implements and work areas to uphold FIVE-star standards.
• Contribute to personalized guest experiences by assisting with special requests and supporting the culinary and service teams.
• Manage waste disposal meticulously following established protocols to sustain the hotel’s exemplary standards.
• Maintain hygienic and orderly workspaces complying with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for banquet events ensuring smooth operations and presentation excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold high operational and service standards, promptly reporting maintenance issues.
• Strictly follow procedures for equipment and supply handling, participate in inventory and stock management activities, and attend regular training sessions for continuous improvement.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to elevate satisfaction, executing all tasks with efficiency and precision aligned with FIVE’s award-winning expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience of 1-2 years in a similar stewarding or hospitality role delivering exceptional service quality.
• Familiarity with Forbes hospitality standards is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of multiple languages preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and high hygiene standards.
• Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Team-oriented approach fostering collaboration and cooperation.
• Physically capable of standing for long durations, lifting heavy items, and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Compensation

This position offers a fixed monthly salary of AED 1,000.
