Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness of all serviceware by thoroughly washing chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, scrubbing pots and pans, and polishing silver items.
• Keep track of stock levels to ensure that all supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and systematically arranged for efficient service delivery.
• Carry out essential kitchen sanitation, including mopping floors and handling waste removal tasks to uphold a clean kitchen environment.
• Provide assistance during special events by preparing and organizing clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety standards by safely managing hazardous substances and following all hygiene and safety protocols.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly to the supervising staff to maintain a safe working environment.
• Offer guidance and training to new team members to enhance team skills and performance.
