About the Company

This position is with a renowned hotel chain, Melia Hotels International, known globally for its diverse portfolio ranging from luxury to more budget-friendly accommodations. The role is based in São Paulo, Itaim Bibi.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in both guest rooms and common hotel areas.
• Assist in managing inventory and supply of cleaning and hygiene products.
• Support front desk and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and needs.

Relevant Experience

Candidates with backgrounds as waitstaff, kitchen assistants, restaurant attendants, or receptionists may find this role aligned with their skills and experience.

Requirements

• Completion of high school education is required.
• Previous work experience in a similar role is mandatory.
