Job Overview

We seek an experienced Domestic Station Supervisor to manage daily airport operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and superior service aligned with SGS standards and aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise station operations including workforce planning and shift management.
• Monitor and improve operational performance, solving challenges promptly.
• Ensure excellent passenger and airline service levels.
• Lead frontline teams and foster collaboration with airlines, airport authorities, and internal departments.
• Maintain readiness for operations, enforcing safety, security, and regulatory compliance including GACA guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in airport, aviation, terminal, passenger services, or operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, round-the-clock airport environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Customer-focused approach prioritizing operational excellence and adherence to regulations.

Work Location

The position is based in Al Wajh, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, requiring onsite presence.
