Role Purpose

This Staff Engineer role exists to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our AI platform that already enjoys proven enterprise adoption. Rather than simply following specifications, we seek highly autonomous engineers passionate about owning end-to-end solutions—from system design to adoption analysis—solving complex challenges along the way.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of feature development, from initial product discovery, design, deployment, to monitoring post-launch.
• Approach engineering with a product mindset by questioning "why" and "how" to ensure delivering optimal solutions benefiting users and business outcomes.
• Demonstrate full-stack agility by crafting polished front-end interfaces and building robust back-end systems that scale effectively.
• Raise technical standards through clean, pragmatic architecture focused on agentic code development with a "ship fast yet reliable" philosophy.
• Provide mentorship nurturing a culture of passion, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience at Staff or Senior engineer level with end-to-end ownership, mentoring capability, and raising quality benchmarks.
• Pragmatic software architect skilled in operating scalable SaaS platforms making informed trade-offs to balance simplicity, resilience, and speed of delivery.
• A strong product orientation driven by impact rather than just code output.
• Accountability-focused mindset, reliably delivering commitments.
• Deep full-stack experience building and scaling modern web applications irrespective of framework specifics.
• Keen curiosity and adaptability staying ahead in AI and web technologies out of passion.

Preferred Technical Experience

While our current technical stack involves Svelte and Python, we value engineers capable of mastering any framework. Experience with React, Vue, Node.js, or Go and building dependable, scalable web apps is highly desirable.
