Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least seven years of professional experience in software engineering with a proven record of delivering production-ready systems.
• Expertise in at least one of the following domains: backend development, frontend engineering, distributed systems, APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong capabilities in system design and software architecture, particularly for complex or high-scale environments.
• Excellent programming skills and a commitment to maintaining hands-on involvement in software development tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding significant engineering initiatives from architectural design through implementation and live deployment.
• Ability to judiciously evaluate technical trade-offs, balancing business objectives with scalability, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability.
