Role Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance distributed systems leveraging Java and microservices.
- Engage in system design discussions and architecture evaluations to drive technical decisions.
- Create durable APIs and microservices ensuring high availability and minimal latency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Data, and DevOps to facilitate feature releases.
- Enhance system scalability and performance to efficiently handle large volumes of data.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and promote best engineering practices across teams.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 9 to 12 years of backend development expertise in Java.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture, system design principles, and microservices.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases, including Cassandra, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Hands-on familiarity with event streaming frameworks such as Kafka or Spark.
- Proven track record in constructing large-scale, cloud-native solutions.
- Preferred experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or other big data technologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrate ownership mindset and thrive in fast-paced, product-focused environments.
