The Team

Within our engineering department, a vibrant collective of innovators focusing on scalable, reliable, and secure financial technology solutions operates collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team pioneers novel solutions, ensuring availability, performance, monitoring, and capacity management of core global services.

Role Description

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer in the Spend team, you will partner with product groups to design and maintain resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure aligned with major product objectives. You will lead infrastructure planning for critical initiatives including new service launches, global data center migrations, and modernization of data workflows. This position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy cloud infrastructure to support upcoming services and roadmap projects.
• Collaborate deeply with development teams to enhance reliability, optimize performance, and ensure operational preparedness.
• Lead processes around incident management, system observability, and automate critical workflows.
• Maintain team-specific Service Level Objectives (SLOs), operational manuals, and measure DevOps effectiveness.
• Work alongside central DevOps and security teams to uphold compliance standards and bolster system resilience.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 7 years’ experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Deep expertise in major cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, Kubernetes orchestration, system observability, and incident response practices.
• Proven capability to lead SRE strategies for complex, cross-team projects at scale.
• Experience managing production environments requiring high availability and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record partnering with developers to embed best practices around reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in fintech or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of data streaming technologies, analytics pipelines, or financial data systems.
