Role & Impact

As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead design efforts across critical platforms, shaping how millions experience real-world connections. This role demands end-to-end ownership of significant cross-platform initiatives, from deep research to intuitive journey creation, setting a design benchmark for a pioneering category.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the product design lifecycle on iOS, Android, and Web platforms, from initial insights to final delivery.
• Create intuitive, human-centric user journeys in close collaboration with product managers and engineers to develop features that resonate.
• Advocate for craft and cohesion by enhancing design systems, visual identity, and brand voice.
• Rapidly test and iterate based on user feedback through lean development cycles.
• Advance design thinking by offering fresh perspectives, challenging norms, and raising standards team-wide.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years experience in product design demonstrated through a portfolio with clear impact and strategic thinking.
• Strong skills in interaction and visual design for mobile and web, focusing on clarity and smooth user flow.
• Proven experience in developing and scaling flexible design systems across teams.
• A preference for simplicity, making complex concepts feel effortless and discerning when to prioritize functionality over perfection.
• Effective leadership in decision-making, clearly articulating reasoning, and fostering excellent work in colleagues.
