Staff Nurse

About the Role

Gokul Gastro & Labour Care is seeking a committed and responsible Staff Nurse to become a vital part of our medical team. This position entails delivering patient care, assisting clinicians during medical procedures, managing outpatient department (OPD) functions, and aiding in the overall smooth operation of the clinic.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and support the daily activities conducted in the OPD.
• Provide assistance to doctors throughout various medical procedures.
• Prepare patients appropriately before procedures and offer required support.
• Monitor patient well-being and address basic healthcare needs promptly.
• Accurately maintain patient records and clinical documentation.
• Support pharmacy-related and medication handling tasks when required.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols, safety standards, and infection control measures.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with patients and their attendants.
• Provide consistent support to the doctors and clinic staff in routine operations.

Essential Qualifications and Traits

• Possess a formal nursing credential such as ANM, GNM, or B.Sc in Nursing.
• Basic understanding of nursing processes and patient care methods.
• Effective communication skills coupled with interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to operate efficiently within a clinical environment.
• Both fresh graduates and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply depending on role specifics.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Full-Time Shift: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:00/10:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Part-Time Shift: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month
