Role Overview

We seek a Staff Engineer to work closely with leadership on high-impact projects that require end-to-end ownership, bringing ideas from concept to production at speed and scale. This role demands a builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop core product features across backend, frontend, mobile, or web platforms from ideation through deployment.
• Establish technical architectures and make critical system decisions to empower engineering teams.
• Assume full accountability for projects including scoping, architecture, implementation, and launch.
• Rapidly resolve blockers on essential initiatives such as SDK development, network enhancements, or new product ventures.
• Deliver high-quality, thoroughly tested code efficiently.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap and what gets built next.
• Leverage AI development tools like Claude, Cursor, and Copilot as integral parts of the workflow.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience at senior or staff engineer level in product-facing teams.
• Strong backend expertise, particularly with TypeScript and Node.js; additional full-stack, mobile, or frontend experience is advantageous.
• Proven track record of zero-to-one delivery, such as early-stage startup involvement or founding engineer roles.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex projects with a history of shipping production-ready solutions.
