Role Overview

As a Creative Gen AI Specialist at Almedia, you will drive creative efficiency by developing advanced AI-powered systems that redefine visual content production. Your goal will be to surpass traditional creative processes by designing automated workflows that generate impactful media assets at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complex automated pipelines and AI agents to streamline the transition from initial prompt to final production, minimizing manual steps.
• Deliver scalable creative outputs such as video advertisements and social media content using AI-generated characters, animated motion, and voice synthesis.
• Fine-tune machine learning models, including LoRAs, to guarantee consistent branding, product representation, and character portrayal across all visuals.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to integrate AI models via APIs and custom scripts into internal Digital Asset Management and User-Generated Content tools.
• Utilize AI agents to execute rapid localization and asset optimization, iterating based on data insights sourced from User Acquisition and Data teams.
• Lead research and development by continuously monitoring and testing the latest AI technologies in image, video, and audio generation to keep the tools state-of-the-art.

Resources and Collaboration

• Work closely with a dedicated User Acquisition Manager to track creative performance and scale effective assets worldwide.
• Access comprehensive support from the Data Science team for data-driven prompting frameworks.
• Partner with Art Directors and Designers to align AI-generated content with high aesthetic standards and identify opportunities for automation.

Candidate Profile

• Highly skilled in AI technologies across image generation (e.g., Midjourney, Flux), video production (e.g., Runway, Kling, Veo), and audio synthesis (e.g., ElevenLabs).
• Strong expertise in constructing multi-step generation workflows and reusable prompt systems that are scalable and efficient.
• Experience in cutting-edge post-production techniques like AI lip-syncing, facial and audio alignment, and localization processes.
• Proficient understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including AI-aided programming, database management, and API integration.
• A passionate AI enthusiast who proactively experiments with emerging models and tools prior to widespread adoption.
