Role Overview

The company seeks a Product Manager who will take ownership of impactful projects aimed at millions of daily users. This role is suited for individuals who think entrepreneurially, relish complex challenges, and are passionate about data-driven product development. Candidates will be entrusted with significant responsibility early, participating actively in shaping the product roadmap and driving execution end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the outcomes of assigned projects, from problem definition to measurable impact on users.
• Influence and contribute meaningfully to the product roadmap with innovative ideas and constructive feedback.
• Make autonomous decisions confidently without waiting for constant approvals, learning from any missteps.
• Expand your ownership scope by demonstrating capability and delivering results.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit founder-like mindset: be proactive, decisive, and able to act amidst uncertainty.
• Deeply engage with data personally using analytics tools such as Amplitude, Hex, and Looker to uncover insights.
• Adopt a broad and thoughtful approach to solving problems, exploring various options before final decisions.
• Prioritize effectively and drive initiatives from inception to launch with a strong bias toward action.
• Communicate clearly and align cross-functional teams including development, data, design, and business development.
• Demonstrate significant past impact, valuing tangible achievements over formal PM tenure.

Preferred Experience

• Founders transitioning fully into product management, familiar with end-to-end ownership of outcomes.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments undergoing real growth and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Strong ambition for professional growth willing to tackle extensive responsibilities.
