  • Use advanced statistical methods including regression, clustering, forecasting, survival analysis, and segmentation to address business challenges.
  • Continuously assess and adopt emerging analytics methodologies and technologies to enhance People Analytics capabilities.
  • Apply Natural Language Processing techniques to analyze employee feedback from various listening avenues using topic modeling, sentiment analysis, and text analytics to extract key themes and actionable insights.
  • Prototype and explore applications of Generative AI to automate narrative reports, summarize workforce trends, and improve insight delivery.
  • Partner with HR Technology and analytics teams to evaluate AI-driven reporting tools that boost efficiency and decision support while ensuring governance and data privacy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Between five and eight years of professional experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Science, or a related analytical area.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL, and enterprise HR systems like Workday, ServiceNow, and Greenhouse.
  • Proficient programming skills in Python and/or R for statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and automation workflows.
  • Application of sophisticated statistical techniques such as regression, clustering, forecasting, text analytics, and sentiment analysis.
  • Experience managing and analyzing large, complex datasets with strong data governance and management practices.
  • Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving aptitude with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Advanced data visualization and storytelling skills catered to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making through analytics.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and emerging AI technologies in analytic contexts is advantageous.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple priorities in dynamic settings.

Success Factors

  • Deliver actionable and high-quality analytics that drive improved workforce decisions.
  • Build scalable tools, predictive models, and AI-based insights that positively impact organizational outcomes.
