About the Role
InMobi is seeking a Staff Applied Science Manager to join their fast-paced AdTech platform team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves leading and expanding a data science team focused on building and deploying machine learning models with rapid measurable impact, reaching hundreds of millions of devices globally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of data scientists, guiding technical decisions and mentoring members. Manage portfolios including setting roadmaps, prioritizing tasks, handling dependencies, and ensuring delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 14 years of experience in a quantitative domain with extensive practice in building and validating large-scale machine learning models.
- Proven leadership in mentoring and developing data science professionals.
- Expertise in managing project portfolios and driving execution from strategy to delivery.
- Strong hands-on technical skills to influence and guide decisions beyond mere management.
- Ability to thrive in interdisciplinary environments collaborating with various teams.
