Our work culture embraces courage, rigor, and continuous curiosity, supported by experienced, accessible leaders and a commitment to employee growth.

Role Overview

As a Staff AI Data Scientist, you will serve as a senior technical leader influencing the creation of agentic AI Co-workers, advanced reasoning systems, and scalable autonomous workflows. Your responsibilities include architecting and implementing large language model (LLM) driven agents capable of planning, decision-making, and action-taking while ensuring safety and reliability at enterprise scale. Beyond coding, you will establish technical standards, guide architectural decisions across teams, mentor colleagues, and ensure our AI systems meet high-value outcomes in complex settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and launch agent-based LLM systems incorporating planning, tool integration, workflow orchestration, and reasoning capabilities.
  • Utilize machine learning and sophisticated analytics to empower autonomous AI Co-workers’ decision processes.
  • Improve multi-step reasoning, manage contextual understanding, and enhance agent execution in real-world enterprise scenarios.
  • Lead MLOps efforts including evaluation, benchmarking, safety assurance, and quality control for autonomous AI deployments.
  • Define and drive long-term technical strategies for agentic AI frameworks, governance models, and scalable enterprise deployment patterns.
  • Serve as a trusted expert and advisor to engineering, product, and executive teams developing production-quality AI co-workers used by global clientele.
  • Establish and uphold best practices and technical standards while mentoring and advancing data scientists throughout the organization.

Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative area.
  • Proven extensive experience delivering impactful machine learning solutions within complex environments, ideally demonstrating technical leadership or team direction capabilities.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in NLP techniques including transformers, LSTMs, CNNs, topic modeling, and supervised learning.
  • Hands-on expertise with large language model orchestration tools such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, alongside retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent frameworks, and tool-calling architectures.
  • Proficient in Python oriented towards AI/ML applications, with additional programming experience considered valuable.
  • Skilled at communicating complex concepts clearly and influencing senior stakeholders across functions and executive levels.
  • Exhibits traits of curiosity, humility, ownership, and thrives in fast-evolving, ambiguous environments by providing clarity for others.

Why Work With Us?

  • Engage with a high-performance, world-class technology culture.
  • Collaborate with industry-leading professionals and visionary leadership.
  • Make a significant impact on global enterprises through innovative AI solutions.
  • Receive competitive salary and strong pathways for professional growth.
