Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational training qualification as a painter and varnisher, vehicle painter, coating process mechanic, or possesses an equivalent certification. A refined manual aptitude, precision, care, and the ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in various painting techniques is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of parts prior to painting
• Application of coatings using cup gun and two-component systems
• Maintenance and care of painting equipment
• Priming and painting following quality standards, work instructions, and technical drawings
• Ongoing quality checks of painted components with documented results
