About Ability Action Australia

Ability Action Australia is a national provider of therapy services dedicated to supporting NDIS participants across all ages (0-65 years) to improve their development, independence, health, and overall wellbeing.

Role Overview

As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with individuals of varying ages and abilities, supporting their goals with a caseload tailored to your expertise and interests. This role involves diverse responsibilities including:

  • Providing early intervention therapy and parent training in clinic settings for young children.
  • Supporting school-aged children with literacy development, social communication, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
  • Delivering speech, language, and social skills training for adults, including those with acquired brain injuries such as stroke or progressive neurological diseases.
  • Managing dysphagia assessments and mealtime evaluations across all age groups, including addressing food aversion issues.
