Position Overview

If you're seeking a flexible and varied speech pathology role where your work makes a real difference, join our expanding South Perth team. You have the freedom to develop a caseload focusing on children, adults, or both, aligned with your interests and professional aspirations. This role provides opportunities to serve diverse communities in metro and regional areas, including optional FIFO assignments to Kalgoorlie, Geraldton, and Port Hedland, with travel and accommodation managed by us.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services across homes, schools, and community settings.
• Independently manage and prioritize your caseload.
• Conduct observations and standardized assessments to establish meaningful participant goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapies aimed at enhancing communication and fostering independence.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes for participants.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Strong enthusiasm for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Interest in pediatrics, working with complex needs, or specific caseload areas to be tailored according to preferences.
