Key Responsibilities

• Support the complete delivery cycle of various learning and talent development programs, including employee orientation, leadership, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Organize training logistics such as scheduling, venue preparation, materials, facilitators, attendance monitoring, and post-session evaluations.
• Maintain accurate training records and completion data using Workday Learning.
• Conduct orientation sessions and selected workshops as assigned.
• Ensure program delivery complies with standard operating procedures, governance, and audit standards.
• Research, design, and curate both instructor-led and digital training content, converting traditional materials into online or blended formats.
• Collaborate with internal experts and external providers to keep learning materials current and aligned with business needs.
• Manage learning programs in Workday Learning, including setup, enrolments, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain training calendars across relevant platforms and support data analysis to derive insights on participation, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison for team members and trainers regarding learning queries, system usage, and funding matters.
• Coordinate with external vendors for training proposals, scheduling, and logistics.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders through program updates, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Support training communications and employee engagement initiatives that foster continuous learning culture.
• Assist with process improvements, digitization, and documentation within the Talent Development & Management function.
• Contribute to wider HR and talent projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Education, Business, or related fields.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Workday Learning is highly valued.
• Certifications like ACTA or ACLP are advantageous.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and reports; proficient in Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Demonstrates a passion for learning and employee development.
