Specialist Solution Engineer - Commerce Cloud

We seek a highly skilled Commerce Cloud Specialist Solution Engineer to join us in Dubai, serving as the dedicated pre-sales expert for Commerce Cloud across the Middle East, including UAE, KSA, and the Gulf. This pivotal customer-facing role is embedded within a high-performing team of cloud specialists, driving multi-cloud deals and delivering business-impacting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Commerce Cloud pre-sales initiatives in the Middle East as the principal Commerce expert, covering B2C Commerce, B2B Commerce, Headless/Composable Commerce, and Order Management.
• Conduct engaging and tailored demos and technical sessions that address customer challenges and industry specifics.
• Drive discovery, solution architecture, and proof-of-concept engagements for Commerce opportunities within broader multi-cloud projects.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to devise strategic deals and counter competitive threats, especially SAP and incumbent CRM/Commerce platforms.
• Provide advisory support on sizing, architecture, and ROI benchmarks for complex proposals.
• Promote the Agentforce AI-driven commerce capabilities as strategic differentiators in regional customer events and marketing engagements.
• Create internal knowledge resources to advance the Commerce skillset across the SE team.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across diverse sectors including retail, healthcare, agri-commodities, and digital-native enterprises.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience emphasizing e-commerce or digital commerce platforms.
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C and/or B2B) or comparable platforms such as SAP Commerce, Adobe Commerce, commercetools, or Shopify Plus.
• Proven ability to engage at executive and technical levels, delivering business value and technical demonstrations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills to handle technical and C-suite stakeholders.
• Established track record supporting complex enterprise deals in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience working in or willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications (B2C or B2B Commerce Architect) are advantageous.
• Practical knowledge of Headless/Composable Commerce architectures and front-end integrations.
• Experience with Order Management Systems within retail or distribution contexts.
• Familiarity with complementary Salesforce clouds such as Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud, supporting multi-cloud deal execution.
• Prior exposure to retail, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, or manufacturing verticals within the Gulf region.
