About the Company
Salesforce, recognized as the premier AI Customer Relationship Management platform, merges human expertise with cutting-edge technology to drive customer success and transform the workplace. Embracing innovation and core values, Salesforce champions a future where technology and trust coexist seamlessly.
Role Overview
The Employee Success People Services team is revolutionizing traditional HR Shared Services by incorporating knowledge-centric support, AI-enabled solutions, and content-based case deflection. We are looking for a Senior Specialist in ES Operations & Program to bring 4 to 5 years of HR operations or shared services experience, particularly with expertise in Polish HR processes. The initial focus is to lead the launch and stabilization of our support operations expansion into Poland, followed by broader regional and global program contributions.
Primary Duties
- Lead and coordinate the Poland expansion project, overseeing policy audits, process documentation, and ensuring readiness for go-live.
- Leverage deep understanding of Polish HR practices and labor laws to guarantee compliant and effective support establishment.
- Ensure operational stability during the initial Poland support phase before extending scope to wider queue and program management.
- Adapt and implement scalable ES operational programs across other EMEA countries and global HR initiatives post-Poland stabilization.
- Provide expertise in regional HR processes such as leave of absence management, benefits administration, and adherence to core time-off regulations.
- Drive reduction of support cases by identifying knowledge gaps, developing self-service resources, and harnessing AI insights for case deflection.
- Handle sensitive escalated employee matters utilizing platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud, PeopleForce, and BaseCamp.
- Participate actively in user acceptance testing for system improvements and conduct training sessions for worldwide teams on updated workflows.
- Manage complex Workday HCM transactions along the full Hire-to-Retire cycle, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize operational workflows by tracking queue performance metrics and removing bottlenecks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Legal departments for complex data and service delivery tasks.
- Oversee Recruitment Operations queue handling and related Workday transactions.
- Conduct background checks and work alongside Technology teams for system enhancement testing.
- Offer support regarding compensation, relocation, and immigration for employee and business moves.
Required Qualifications
- Four to five years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services with significant focus on Polish employee support.
- Fluent communication skills in both Polish and English, including written and oral proficiency.
- Proficient with Workday Human Capital Management system and HR ticketing or case management tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Polish labor legislation and HR compliance standards.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree or demonstrable equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience authoring and managing knowledge base articles and supporting self-service HR adoption.
- Familiarity with AI-driven support systems, chatbots, and automation technologies in HR service delivery.
- Prior involvement in dynamic, multi-national HR environments with evolving program demands.
- Additional European language skills considered advantageous.
