Role Overview
This role involves leading the uniform execution of visual merchandising and in-store communications to enhance the customer experience, emphasize brand narratives, and boost product sales across multiple retail locations. The position requires collaboration with in-store teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and involves managing training, audits, and the logistics of visual merchandising tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement optimal visual merchandising and in-store communication strategies to foster compelling customer journeys and highlight product and brand stories, maintaining consistency across store portfolios.
- Train, support, and inspire In-Store Visual Merchandisers to uphold high-quality execution in both direct-to-consumer and wholesale settings.
- Communicate brand and visual merchandising guidelines effectively to teams to promote accountability and consistent implementation in stores.
- Provide expert guidance on consumer flow, store layouts, capacity management, product arrangement, color schemes, mannequin presentation, and signage specifications.
- Analyze and report retail productivity metrics, offering management actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
- Leverage insights into customer profiles, retail key performance indicators, and omnichannel strategies to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with omnichannel teams by sharing field-based store insights to tailor campaigns suited to specific store and market requirements.
- Ensure campaign readiness at the store level, including preparation of installation materials, documentation, and supplier liaison for omnichannel marketing deployments.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities to optimize operational and execution efficiencies jointly with retail operations and omnichannel teams.
- Coordinate audits and procurement of visual merchandising tools in partnership with relevant departments.
- Consolidate performance feedback on visual merchandising and campaigns for reporting to regional and global teams.
- Oversee seamless communication between omnichannel and retail operations teams to support aligned achievement of business goals.
- Lead the visual merchandising execution for new store openings, ensuring alignment with brand concepts and managing in-store teams.
- Drive brand success within key trade zones by auditing direct-to-consumer and wholesale touchpoints and providing training and support where needed.
- Engage with wholesale stakeholders to enhance consumer journeys and report competitive market analyses.

Qualifications and Other Details
- Possession of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience within sports or fashion-focused retail environments, with an emphasis on customer and commercial priorities, or equivalent education and experience.
- Effective communication skills with customers and retail staff.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, according to business needs.
- Capacity to manage multiple store locations.
- Valid driver’s license required.
