Role Objective
This position supports the commercial function by fostering client relationships, uncovering new revenue streams, managing contracts, and ensuring pricing and services are competitive and aligned with company goals to drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business to increase client portfolio.
- Create customized proposals, quotations, and tenders related to aviation services.
- Engage in contract negotiations to secure advantageous terms.
- Monitor competitor actions, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Maintain competitive and accurate pricing strategies collaboratively with Finance for profitability and revenue forecasting.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Timely address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Coordinate client visits, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Support contract drafting, review, and management alongside Legal and Operations teams ensuring compliance with internal policies and aviation regulations.
- Track contract effectiveness, managing renewals or updates required.
- Generate commercial performance reports and sales forecasts regularly.
- Analyze data to spot trends and growth opportunities; communicate insights to management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional development in sales or commercial negotiation is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years experience in commercial, sales, or business development, preferably within aviation or hospitality sectors.
- Proven skills in market research and customer account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Analytical proficiency with an understanding of aviation services, regulations, and operational procedures.
- Competence in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to operate efficiently under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
