About Amaala Yacht Club
Situated within the stunning Triple Bay Marina on Saudi Arabia's northwestern coast, the Amaala Yacht Club redefines luxury yachting. Featuring 120 berths for superyachts up to 130 meters and a vibrant Marina Village, this destination merges opulence, leisure, and an active urban atmosphere. Beyond a marina, the club is committed to sustainable and regenerative tourism, safeguarding the natural habitats of mangroves, seagrass, and corals. Developed by Red Sea Global as part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, it places the country prominently on the global yachting map. In 2027, the club will host the Grand Finale of The Ocean Race, further validating its standing as a top sailing location.
Role Overview
The Concierge is tasked with providing outstanding, bespoke guest services and anticipatory, discreet experiences to members and visitors of Amaala Yacht Club. This involves blending top-tier hospitality with local expertise, coordinating personalized services on both land and sea while upholding the club's luxury service standards aligned with Red Sea Global's dedication to sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer a warm, professional, and welcoming reception to all guests by using their names and creating an inviting first impression.
- Act as the primary contact for guest inquiries, reservations, and information on club amenities, events, and local attractions, anticipating and catering to guests' tailored needs.
- Organize customized itineraries including dining, transport, leisure, and entertainment activities.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of yacht services, marina facilities, and local points of interest within the Amaala region.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, and Security to guarantee flawless guest experiences.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently and with a focus on solutions.
- Provide discreet and professional support during VIP and VVIP arrivals.
- Ensure accurate recording of guest preferences and details within the club's CRM for future reference.
- Promote sustainable practices and luxury lifestyle experiences reflecting Red Sea Global's brand values.
- Manage external vendors including chauffeurs, florists, luxury transport, and local guides, ensuring service quality and confidentiality.
- Adhere to club policies, privacy protocols, and safety standards rigorously.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline.
- Have at least 3 years of experience within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or yacht club setting.
- Experience handling VIP guests or working with ultra-luxury brands is highly regarded.
- Local knowledge of the Amaala or Red Sea areas is a distinct advantage.
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- High attention to detail with an ability to personalize guest services.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and property management software such as Opera, Fidelio, or equivalents.
