Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Customer Order Management (COM) orders from initiation to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Guarantee delivery of requested products and services in an accurate and timely manner.
• Serve as a communication bridge among customers, Project Support Centres, Kitchen Designers, Home Depot associates, vendors, installers, and third-party agents.
• Handle issue resolution, assess customer needs, and coordinate order activities efficiently alongside Project Support Centres, suppliers, delivery teams, and service providers.

Compensation

The salary range for this position lies between $20.10 and $21.85 per hour.
