Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the spare parts warehouse including receiving goods, inspecting quality and quantity, managing storage, facilitating material transfers, and ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Maintain precise inventory by tracking stock levels, resolving discrepancies among purchase orders, delivery notes, and actual stock, and recording all inventory movements in SAP.
  • Perform regular physical counts and random inventory inspections, investigate variances, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Manage roughly 7,500 SKUs, closely monitoring slow-moving items to optimize inventory planning and control.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance, and other departments to address operational and procurement issues, ensuring seamless warehouse functioning.
  • Organize the warehouse efficiently by determining optimal storage arrangements and identifying maintenance requirements for the facility’s physical infrastructure.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, including fire safety and legal standards; support audits conducted by internal teams, customers, and public agencies by providing necessary documentation.
  • Drive enhancements in processes and inventory controls, mentoring warehouse staff in operational standards and best practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduated from High School or obtained an Associate Degree.
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in warehousing and logistics, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years managing spare parts, food products/commodities, and/or working in cold storage environments.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and storage methodologies.
  • Practical experience with SAP and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with KPIs, management tools, and production processes.
