About the Role

Junction 14 Mayfield in Monasterevin, County Kildare is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Spar Sales Assistant to join their team. The candidate must be flexible to work various shifts including weekdays and weekends. The primary responsibility is to maintain a consistently high standard of customer service.

Key Duties

• Process customer payments accurately using cash, credit cards, and vouchers.
• Ensure all register transactions are recorded correctly with complete accuracy.
• Handle cash responsibly and ensure safe custody of collected funds.
• Foster customer loyalty by delivering friendly, professional, and attentive service that aims to exceed expectations.
• Strictly comply with established Cashier Policies and Procedures at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience interacting face-to-face with customers in a service role is essential.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain loyalty through excellent service.
• Confident, sociable, and approachable with a warm demeanor to engage customers effectively.
