Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Spa Therapist & Receptionist to join Pullman Auckland's luxury spa environment. This dual role involves delivering top-notch massage, facial, and body treatments, alongside assisting with reception duties to enhance guest experiences at the Luxe Spa and fitness center.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional massage, facial, and body therapy treatments with high standards.
• Establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Promoting additional spa services and hotel products to increase revenue.
• Supporting reception activities, including managing bookings and guest inquiries, and covering reception breaks when necessary.
• Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the spa, gym, pool, and treatment areas at all times.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of NZQA Level 5 or an equivalent certification in Massage or Spa Therapies.
• Prior experience working in a professional beauty or spa environment.
• A strong commitment to delivering memorable guest service experiences with excellent communication skills.
• Impeccable personal presentation and flexible availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
