Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest room floors, walls, furniture, cupboards, and patios.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest bathrooms and replenish linens and amenities as required.
• Collect and dispose of garbage from all guestroom receptacles.
• Strip and remake beds adhering to hotel standards.
• Clean and inspect lighting fixtures and lamps.
• Fill and maintain ice buckets.
• Restock hotel collateral and stationery when necessary.
• Attend promptly to any additional guest requests.
• Report any defects or needed maintenance in guest rooms to the Supervisor.
• Communicate guest comments or complaints to the Supervisor.
• Keep trolleys and cubby holes clean and orderly at all times.
• Ensure removal of all garbage from trolleys, corridors, and cubby holes before shift end.
• Place all linen caddies in their original positions in corridors before finishing duty.
• Maintain polite and courteous interactions with guests and staff alike.
• Deliver consistent, professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Remain calm and attentive to guest needs throughout the service period.
• Perform other reasonable duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a housekeeping attendant is required.
• Effective written, reading, and oral communication skills in English.
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
