Primary Duties

• Carry out spa treatments in accordance with Kempinski Spa's menu, standards, and protocols.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all spa treatments and products, understanding their processes, benefits, and expected outcomes.
• Adapt treatments based on individual health assessments of guests.
• Offer personalized and distinct services to each spa visitor.
• Recommend and promote treatments, retail items, and homecare thoughtfully to guests.
• Start and complete treatments punctually.
• Effectively address and resolve guest inquiries or minor complaints.
• Ensure guest comfort and cultivate a welcoming atmosphere.
• Complete proper handovers during the guest’s journey as per documented standards, including follow-ups on treatment experiences and addressing any issues.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all guest communications.
• Assist with other spa roles as needed to support operational efficiency.
• Report all accidents and guest incidents promptly and professionally to the Spa Manager.
• Adapt to additional responsibilities as required by the business or hotel.
