Grand Hyatt Doha invites applications for a Spa Receptionist position based in Doha, Qatar.
Role Overview
The Spa Receptionist will greet and welcome guests, coordinate spa appointments and bookings, respond to inquiries and manage payments, and support the smooth day-to-day running of spa operations with excellent customer care.
Qualifications
- Completion of high school education or equivalent qualification is required.
- Prior work experience in hospitality, spa services, or front desk roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication abilities and strong customer service orientation are essential.
- Familiarity and proficiency with reservation and point-of-sale (POS) systems are necessary.
- Capability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
- Good command of English language; additional language skills are considered an asset.
